• Creating our own Owl Babies
  Y1 selected materials, designed and made their Owl babies after reading the book, Owl Babies and meeting some real life Owls !
• The Artist Emily Gates
  Our Y6 pupils worked with Emily Gates, an artist based in Stockport, to develop their painting and drawing skills. The children really enjoyed the experience. Thank you Emily !
• Romeo and Juliet
  This year in Y4 we are learning about Romeo and Juliet by William Shakespeare.
• Step back in time competition ...
  We had so many entries for our 'Step back in time' competition. From Albert Einstein to Boadicea, they were all excellent.
• First Wilderness session at Tandle Hill!
  Some of our Y3 and Y4 children began their first Wild Tribe session today.
• Year 3 & 4’s Bedtime Book Box
  Year 3 & 4 will be starting a new, magical reading project to share at home. Each Friday, a child will be chosen to have the Bedtime Book Box for the week. Inside are ‘Wonderful Thing!’
• Very Special Visitor
  During our Christmas Parties, the Reception children received a very special visitor.
• Christmas Party
  The children in Reception had a lovely party afternoon on the last day of term.
• Panto
  We had a performance in school of "Jack and the Beanstalk" by a theatre company. The children watched for 90 minutes and enjoyed every minute.
• Birds of Prey
  Lancashire Owls and Hawks visit Year 1.
