Lancashire Owls and Hawks visit Year 1.
This half term in Year 1, we having been focusing on the 'Owl Babies' story by Martin Waddell. In order to bring our learning to life, the children in Year 1 had the exciting opportunity to see and stroke some real owls brought to school by Lancashire Hawks and Owls. We learnt lots of new facts to put in our non-chronological reports and are now owl experts!
