• Tag Rugby Festival @ Cardinal Langley
  Year 5 and Year 6 children took part in a tag rugby festival at Cardinal Langley today.

• Year 6 Carnival day
  Year 6 have planned and created their own Brazilian carnival. This experience has allowed them to prepare masks, headpieces and even costumes. Children also choreographed and practiced a samba dance which was performed to the other classes.
• Football versus Meanwood Primary
  Tonight, the boys’ A and B football teams took on Meanwood Primary School
• GB Paralympian Ayaz Bhuta visit
  GB Wheelchair Rugby Paralympian, Ayaz Bhuta, visited Sandbrook to deliver sponsored fitness circuits.
• Olympic Torch
  Designing, making and evaluating Olympic Torches.
• Sensory Circuits
  At Sandbrook we have designed and built a Sensory Circuits room. Participation in a short sensory motor circuit is a great way both to energise and settle children into the school day.
• Tennis Champion!
  Well done to Alinane in class 4C won a tennis tournament at the weekend!
• Girls Football
  In June, Sandbrook received a visit from Radio Manchester. The radio crew joined the girls to find out more about our Girls Football Team.

  In September we visited Old Trafford for the Manchester United V Rochdale game.
